eSonic Image Service Team Introduction

Dear Customer,

We are honored to introduce to your company our strong after-sales service team, who are the backbone of our technical support, we can ensure that you receive the best service when using our ultrasound equipment.

First of all, our service engineers have been trained and assessed by Jacques Souquet Ph.D., (eSonic CO-Founder\member of the French Academy of Engineering), and Dr. Jeremy Bercoff Ph.D.( eSonic CTO), whose professional guidance have made our team more solid and professional. All service members have 100% of bachelor degree or above, and 30% of them have master degree. Their professional knowledge and experience provide us with a solid technical foundation.

In our team, 8 engineers have been fully or partially involved in production, finalization, inspection, NPI, etc. Another 5 engineers have been involved in the development of ultrasound hardware and software systems, including but not limited to FPGA architecture development, PCB design, and structure design, which provides them with powerful ability to diagnose and troubleshoot.

Our engineers are between 27-38 years old, and each of them has accumulated rich working experience in at least two ultrasound companies. They have undergone rigorous training in repair, maintenance and other after-sales service work, and are capable of performing repair, maintenance and other service work on ESI(eSonic Image) products.

In addition to providing professional service on-site, our service engineers also have the ability to remotely guide equipment installation, connect workstation (DICOM/WORKLIST), and troubleshoot to ensure that you can get timely support, no matter where you are.

In order to maintain product proficiency, two of our engineers are involved in the development of ultrasound system algorithms and three are involved in the structural design of equipment and assist with production. They are not only dedicated to solving current problems, but also to identifying and solving potential future malfunctions and bugs.
