Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the administrative affairs of the company and the daily affairs of the Department;
2. Be responsible for the organization and management of daily administrative work;
3. Be responsible for material collection, file management, document drafting, document formulation, document receiving and sending, etc;
4. Be responsible for the contact and reception of relevant external departments, internal reception of visits, answering calls, answering inquiries and transmitting information.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Be able to skillfully use various office software;
3. Good oral English ability is preferred;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle relevant work independently;
5. Be good at communication and coordination, and have a sense of teamwork.
