Job responsibilities

1. According to the project plan, design the mechanical structure parts of the product and draw 2D drawings. Provide technical support to the company's quality department and relevant suppliers;

2. According to the R & D process, write DHF documents, initial BOM, assembly operation instructions, part inspection operation instructions and other DMR documents;

3. Test whether the performance of the whole machine and components meets the design requirements, and carry out mechanical safety test according to the regulatory requirements.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience is preferred;

2. Have comprehensive and solid mechanical knowledge; Have rich development experience in one aspect of structural parts design (such as plastic, sheet l, die casting, silicone, etc.), and be familiar with relevant manufacturing processes;

3. Have a comprehensive understanding of relevant product knowledge, be able to correctly understand the product system design scheme, participate in the design of mechanical scheme, and output the detailed mechanical design requirements; Have the ability to complete the design of key mechanical modules of products, and be able to consider the processing technology and processing cost of mechanical parts, maintainability, reliability, beauty of parts and other aspects to optimize the design.
