Job responsibilities:

1. Complete the service tasks of the ultrasonic production line according to the company's requirements, including product installation, maintenance, repair, upgrading, customer training, active visits, etc., and provide support for the company's product development and sales;

2. Provide technical support and on-site services to customers in a timely and efficient manner, solve customer problems and meet customer needs;

3. Participate in customer research, service process improvement and service brand construction, and continuously improve customer satisfaction;

4. Assist in the management of channels and improve the service ability and quality of channel engineers.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedical engineering, medical devices, machinery and electronics or have relevant industry experience, and working background in ultrasonic imaging;

2. Good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;

3. Good oral English communication and skills, excellent learning ability;

4. Technical support or on-site service experience in well-known image enterprises is preferred.
